Return Process

  Log into your Gazelle account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to erase your personal data and disable 'Find My iPhone' or any Google locks to ensure the device can be processed.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the device and all included accessories in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
